The rooms & rates are subject to availability at the time of booking/confirmation. Hotel, sightseeing, meals, 
transfers and f lights rate might change without any prior Notice until &unless it been booked/confirmed 
from your end. The change in dates will attract re-quote.
Normal hotel check-in time is from 12:00hrs onwards & check-out time is at 11:00hrs. There will be an 
additional cost for an entire transfer between 23:00-07:00hrs (if not stated inside the package).
It is mandatory for guest to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. The identification 
proofs accepted are Driving License, Voter Card, and Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed 
to check- in.
Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
All transfers and sightseeing are as per the Itinerary/package and in case of air conditioner vehicles, it will be 
switched off in the hills.

Once the booking is done and advance paid, minimum 30% of the package cost to be deducted
30 days prior to departure- 50% of the total package cost will be deducted.
15 days prior to departure- 70% of the total cost will be deducted.
10 days still the departure - 100% of the total cost will be deducted.
